Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers



12 brand-new jalapenos
a half-pound of cream cheese
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
12 bacon slices


For best results, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapeno peppers by cutting them in half lengthwise. The spiciness will be lessened as a result.
Cheddar cheese and cream cheese should be thoroughly mixed in a bowl.
Fill half of a jalapeno with the cream cheese mixture. Repeat for every single jalapeno half.
With the use of a toothpick, secure a slice of bacon by wrapping it around the jalapeno that has been packed. Repeat with all of the jalapenos.

Jalapenos that have been wrapped in bacon should be baked for about 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy, on the prepared baking sheet.
