Chicken Sandwich



1 skinless, boneless breast of chicken
All-purpose flour, 1/4 cup
a quarter-teaspoon of garlic powder
1/four teaspoon of onion powder
Paprika, 1/8 teaspoon
pepper and salt as desired
1 egg
14 cups of milk
breadcrumbs, 1 cup
frying with vegetable oil
2 buns
Tomato Mayonnaise
1. Set a frying pan with vegetable oil to medium heat.
2. Split the chicken breast in half horizontally and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and those same spices.
3.  Flour, paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder should be combined in a shallow dish.
4. Combine the egg and milk in a separate shallow dish.
5. Place the breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish.
6. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, egg mixture, and breadcrumbs in that order.
7. Place the chicken in the frying pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
8. Take out and let dry on paper towels after removing from the pan.
9. Bake the rolls.
