Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Spicy Mayo

Ingredients:

2 skinless, boneless breasts of chicken
all-purpose flour, 1 cup
One teaspoon each of salt and pepper
1 paprika teaspoon
1 teaspoon of powdered garlic
1 teaspoon of powdered onion
2 eggs
One cup of breadcrumbs
frying with vegetable oil
Burger buns—four
Leaves of lettuce
tomato slices
cut pickles

For the hot mayonnaise:

1/2 cup of mayonnaise
Sriracha sauce, 1 tbsp
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. of honey

Instructions:

As directed by the manufacturer, heat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Combine the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl.
Beat the eggs thoroughly in another shallow basin.
The bread crumbs should be placed in a third small bowl.

 

Using the flour mixture, coat each chicken breast one at a time, shaking off any excess. To make sure it is completely covered, dip it into the beaten eggs, and then press it into the bread crumbs. Use the leftover chicken breast to repeat the process.
The breaded chicken breasts should be cooked through and golden brown after 12 to 15 minutes in the air fryer basket. To ensure equal browning, flip them halfway through the cooking procedure. (Note: Depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts and the air fryer model, cooking times may vary.)
Make the spicy mayo while the chicken is grilling. Mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, and honey should all be combined in a blender.

Blend thoroughly, then set aside.
350°F (175°C) of vegetable oil should be heated in a deep fryer or pan.
After the chicken has finished frying in the air fryer, carefully transfer it to the hot oil and fry for a further 1-2 minutes to achieve an extra-crispy exterior. Remove from the oil and place on a dish with paper towels covering it to drain.
Spread the hot mayo on the bottom half of each hamburger bun before assembling the sandwiches. Add chicken breast, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles as garnishes. Wrap with the bun’s top half.
Enjoy the sandwiches made with crispy chicken right away!
