Cheese burgers

Ingredients:


100 grams of ground beef
1 salt shaker
Black pepper, half a teaspoon
Burger buns, four
4 cheese slices
lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise are optional toppings.
Instructions:
Combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper in a sizable mixing basin. Combine thoroughly after mixing.
Make 4 equal pieces of the beef mixture into patties.
The patties should be cooked to your preferred level of doneness after 3–4 minutes on each side of the grill or skillet.
Prepare the buns by toasting them on the grill or in the oven while the patties are cooking.
When the patties are through cooking, top them with a slice of cheese and let them melt for about 30 seconds.
Place a patty on each bun and top with any preferred toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise. This is how cheeseburgers are assembled.
