How to Prepare the Fresh Lime Fizz In Summer?

What is it that we enjoy so much about Fiji? The warm climate, vibrant temples, quality time with family, lush surroundings, kind grins, leisurely pace, and of course, the lime fizz. I’m considering ways to bring a little piece of this trip’s charm back to our house, as I said in a post from a few weeks ago. The beautiful people, distinctive culture, and climate of Fiji cannot be brought back to our homeland. However, the little pleasures found here could find a path into our lives as well as your households!

My Fiji Trip and the Lime Fizz Idea

There is a selection of fresh fruit beverages, such as papaya, watermelon, lime, pineapple, banana, lemon, etc., on all menus in Fiji. These tempting drink menus even encouraged my 7-year-old daughter to pick up reading. Whenever we dine out, the four of us wolf down some sort of delicious dish. I make an effort to stay away from sodas because they are loaded with fructose corn syrup and strange ingredients, but I would want to develop the habit of treating myself to something refreshing, handmade, and cold. While tropical fruit may not be widely accessible in Northern California, citrus is, and it is plentiful.

Citrus Fizzes as a Regular Treat

I’ve been preparing this Fresh Lime Fizz for my loved ones, acquaintances, and myself almost every day. Seeing how simple it is to create a “soda” at residence helps me understand that, regardless of where you live, you can never have too many citrus fizzes as a daily pleasure.

I attempted these fizzes using honey rather than simple syrup since I wanted to keep them on the healthier side. The taste was a little medicinal for me, but my friend liked it. Simple syrup is what I greatly like.

I’m planning to set up an antique spritzer when we get back so we can even produce the refreshing beverage ourselves.
